There are just so many reasons why to love Fenty Beauty we had to actually list them all out! From using curvy mannequins at fashion shows to inclusive advertising to the fact that the makeup is cruelty-free, there are a zillion good things that we love about Fenty Beauty beyond just the makeup.
The makeup itself is light-as-air, with the supreme ability to be layered depending on the coverage needed, and in a literal rainbow of skin tone shades. There are FORTY shades of foundation from bright light almost white to a dark rich brown. STUNNING and INSPIRING!
No more mixing foundation colors trying to get a match. Having so many color options allows you to switch to a slightly darker color in the summer when your skin may be darker. And the bright colors for lips! Well, read on for our list of Fenty Favorites.
Fenty Beauty Sun Stalk’r Instant Warmth Bronzer In fact we love Fenty so much, we’re adding TWO products to our Summer Shimmer page… Fenty Beauty Killawatt Freestyle Highlighters. This stunning red brick metallic shade is to die for almost any skin tone. Dab on just a little if you’re pale, dab on a bit more for darker skin tones.
Fenty Beauty Body Lava Body Luminizer
The product to end all products for body bronzers and it does look good on ANY shade. Good for face OR body, it flows on like lava and offers a pore minimizing glow. A FAV!
These juicy Satin Poutsicle Lipsticks. In blazing sunset colors like teal and bright orange, these brights are sure to bring a pop to your pout!
These Vivid Liquid eyeliners in ultra bright neon teal, pink, yellow, and pretty much every color to go wild with! Plus really cute set names like BaeCae, BaeWatch, and BaeSide. Winky!
Match Sticks– like the Pro Filtr foundation, the match stick concealers offer a variety of shades to match every single skin tone. Because all of us get dark circles sometimes!
Mattemoiselle Matte Lipstick in beautiful strong shades. This moist formula stays on while we sip water. But even when we need to apply we don’t mind since it glides on like buttah. And in shades to turn heads, we are fans.
We need nudes! And these Stunna Boss Nudes Lip Gloss will satisfy your need to be nude (we hope).
We applaud BadGirlRiRi for launching the first truly global brand and her unflinching inclusivity. Still any global brand is not without fault, and recently, Fenty Beauty pulled a Killawatt bronzer called Geisha Chic. After criticism online, the brand faced the challenge, acknowledged their gaffe, and pulled the product. On this, we give them two thumbs up for their honest and straightforward, no b.s. action. They heard the consumers, loud and clear.
Additionally, we think it would be huge for them to go fully vegan! While most products are free of animal by products, some do use beeswax, or carmine, which is a red dye made from boiled crushed beetles-ew).
And finally, in closing, we say we agree to Rihanna’s “Summertime Vibes,” More IS MORE!
